New Release: NeuroMorpho.Org Version 8.6 (12/4/23), with 14,452 new tracings from 45 datasets

We're pleased to announce yesterday’s releases of NeuroMorpho.Org Version 8.6 (12/4/23), with 14,452 new tracings from 45 datasets. The database currently tallies 260,078 digital reconstructions of neural morphology from 996 independent labs worldwide. Newly added functionalities include (i) a web-based universal converter of morphological files from any existing format and tracing system into the SWC standard, and (ii) a bibliometric search allowing data contributors to monitor reusage of their shared datasets.
